In the context of navigation on our site, personal data collected from users by MatriceLAB Innove – which is responsible for processing – are used for the following:
(i) Information provided by the user in filling the contact form (first and last name, email, telephone (optional) and any other information provided in the text of the message). Only the fields with an asterisk (*) are obligatory.
(ii) Data gathered by cookies and similar technologies used on the website (especially IP addresses).
The processing purposes for personal data are as follows:
(i) Identify those who would like to contact us, and to usefully contact them;
(ii) offer a better experience to the user when visiting our site;
The legal basis for processing is:
(i) Processing is required to execute a contractual or precontractual agreement that the user would like to conclude with us in filling out a contact form;
(ii) The processing is based on our legitimate interest to improve navigation conditions on our site, by becoming acquainted with audience measurement and by proposing sharing solutions on Facebook (integrated buttons “like” and “share”).
Those who receive personal data are (i) solely staff at MatriceLAB and (ii) service providers responsible for administration and maintenance of the website for data from cookies. The user is informed that the processing manager does not transfer his personal data to a country outside of the European Union.
Personal data is stored for the following periods: (i) three years from the last effective contact that the user has had with us and (ii) 13 months from the time collected.
This document also informs the user of the existence of his right to ask access to his personal data as well as any available information about their source; correction or erasure of these data; a limit to processing his personal data; opposition by the user to processing his personal data.
The user can access his rights as listed above by making a request to the following: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition, the user is informed of his right to make a complaint with the control authorities, in this case the Commission Nationale de L’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) [National IT and Freedom Commission] which offers a dedicated online site (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
If there is a processing of these personal data for purposes other than those for which the personal data were collected and as identified above, the processing manager (identified above) will inform the person involved ahead of time of the subject of this other purpose and any other relevant legal information required.
